I can't say enough good things about my recent move with JTR Movers. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, stress-free, and incredibly efficient. They truly live up to their reputation as one of the best moving companies in the Worcester area.

These guys are crooks, don't use them. I booked a job with Shelby on Saturday the 19th for Monday the 21 to move a piano. It was scheduled for 5 to 7 pm for a flat rate of $195.00. Due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to get the piano so I called Shelby Mon morning to cancel the move and asked if there would be a charge. She said she would call me back and never did. That night they charged my card $250.00!! This is more than the delivery charge and for work they didn't have to do and the job was at the end of the day so no one was put out. Since the job was scheduled so soon I had no time to cancel earlier. I've now called Shelby two times and she won't take or return my calls.

I had an excellent experience with Jtr Movers. They were prompt, friendly, and professional, from the moment I spoke with Arkadi during the initial set up and signing of the contract (yay, digital forms) to the end of the move itself. Vasilii and Alex, the movers, were personable and careful. Despite the move being more time consuming and costly than I had anticipated (it's not easy for anyone to navigate three flights of narrow stairs, let alone those carrying heavy furniture and boxes), I felt enormous relief at having these two capable movers handle my belongings and transport them to my new home. In the end, it was more than worth the cost and as headache-free a move as I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend them!

My mover called me up the night before I was scheduled to move into my new home and told me he was not available to help me and cancelled my move.
In a panic to find a new mover and I found JTR Enterprises online. Not only did he pick up my call right away and he was able to accommodate me. I was so impressed, these guys are real professional movers. They wrapped all of my furniture, which wasn't done by my original mover and proceeded to get me moved in. They set up all my furniture, put the boxes where I needed them to be and they were totally awesome. I even had them back to move a large armoire for me. Hopefully I will not be moving anytime soon, however JTR Enterprises will be the first call I will make!
